Summary:
Coach Frost has been coaching football for MTV now for three years.  He enjoys working with the incoming freshmen and will be focusing on TE's/ILB's this year.  

In addition to coaching at MTV, he also teaches history there as well.  He will be entering his 4th year as a history teacher.  He graduated high school from MTV in 1998 and went on to get his BA at Washington State.

He has been married to his wife, Magdalena, for almost 5 years.  They are enjoying their little girl, Lexi, who will be turning 1 this August and are expecting another child in January.  If you ever stop by Coach Frost's classroom, you can see a picture of his daughter in her Pittsburgh Steeler outfit!

Coach Kvistad is currently in his third year as a freshman assistant coach working with the offensive and defensive lines. A native Minnesotan coach Kvistad was recruited to, and played a full tenure at offensive line for South Dakota State University, lettering 4 times and ending as a Senior captain.



A job transfer brought him to the Pacific Northwest in 1999, where he works as the Western Account Manager for FMC Corporation. Greg is Married to Melanie and they have two children, Carson - 5 and Savannah - 2, and are expecting a 3rd child this winter.

Summary:
Coach Lodwig has coached at Mountain View for five years.  He spent his first two years as the head Freshman coach, and then two years as the head JV coach.  He coached varsity wide receivers and defensive backs as well.  This past season, he stepped back into a volunteer role, working primarily as team chaplin. 

A football coach for ten years, he spent time on the coaching staffs at Harrisburg and Sherwood High Schools as well.  He has been married to his wife, Heather, since 2003, and they are the proud parents of their son Jackson, born in 2009.
